Pixel ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Pixel mobile app (the "App"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Pixel, you agree to the terms in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: name, email address, profession, and project details that you provide during registration or within the App.
• Usage Information: how you interact with the App, features used, preferences, and device information such as model and operating system.
• Mobile Identifiers & Cookies: device identifiers, local storage, and cookies or similar technologies to improve functionality and personalize your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Creating, maintaining, and securing your Pixel account.
• Personalizing and enhancing the App experience (recommendations, tailored features).
• Connecting you with relevant professionals or services when you request such connections.
• Sending important notifications, updates, and support communications.
• Improving App performance, analytics, and security.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your personal data. We only disclose your information in these limited circumstances:

• Trusted Service Providers: third-party vendors who help operate the App (hosting, analytics, push notifications, payment processors). These parties are contractually required to protect your information.
• With Your Consent: when you explicitly choose to share project details or connect with other professionals.
• Legal and Safety: to comply with laws, respond to legal requests, or protect the rights and safety of Pixel or others.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure servers, and access controls — to protect your information. While we take reasonable steps to secure data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data incident affects you, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

5. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & Correction: You can view and update your personal information in the App settings.
• Delete Account: You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the App or by contacting support. Some residual data may remain in backups or legal logs as required by law.
• Permissions: Manage device permissions (camera, microphone, storage, location) via your device settings.
• Communications: You can opt-out of promotional emails. Transactional and security messages cannot be opted out of as they are required for account operation.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and mobile identifiers to provide a better experience, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You may disable or manage these through your device or browser settings; note that disabling some technologies may limit App functionality.

7. Children’s Privacy

Pixel is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us to request deletion.

8. Third-Party Services & Integrations

The App may use or link to third-party services (for example, sign-in via Apple or Google, analytics providers, or cloud services). These services have their own privacy policies; we encourage you to review them. We only integrate with providers who meet our security and privacy standards.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of Pixel after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
