• Usage information: how you interact with the App, the features you use, your preferences, and device information such as model and operating system.
• Mobile identifiers and cookies: device identifiers, local storage, and cookies or similar technologies used to improve functionality and personalise your experience.

Section 02How we use your information

We use the information we collect for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Creating, maintaining and securing your Pixelapp account.
• Personalising and improving the App experience, including recommendations.
• Connecting you with professionals, vendors or clients when you request it.
• Passing marketplace enquiries between a buyer and the relevant vendor.
• Sending notifications, updates and support communications.
• Improving App performance, analytics and security.

Section 03Data sharing and disclosure

We never sell your personal data. We disclose information only in these limited circumstances:

• Trusted service providers: third parties who help operate the App — hosting, analytics, push notifications and payment processing. They are contractually required to protect your information.
• With your consent: when you choose to share project details, send a marketplace enquiry, or connect with another user.
• Legal and safety: to comply with the law, respond to legal requests, or protect the rights and safety of Pixelapp or others.

Section 04Data security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure servers and access controls. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If an incident affects you, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Section 05Your rights and choices

• Access and correction: view and update your information in App settings.
• Delete account: request deletion of your account and associated data in the App or by contacting support. Residual copies may remain in backups or legal logs where the law requires it.
• Permissions: manage camera, microphone, storage and location access from your device settings.
• Communications: opt out of promotional email at any time. Transactional and security messages cannot be opted out of, as they are needed to operate your account.

Section 06Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, local storage and mobile identifiers to provide a better experience, remember your preferences and analyse usage. You can disable or manage these through your device or browser settings, though doing so may limit some App functionality.

Section 07Children's privacy

Pixelapp is not intended for children under 13, or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

Section 08Third-party services

The App may use or link to third-party services — sign-in via Apple or Google, analytics providers, cloud services and payment processors. These have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them. We integrate only with providers who meet our security and privacy standards.

Section 09Policy updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Continuing to use Pixelapp after an update means you accept the revised policy.
