Section 01Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to register and use Pixelapp.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information when you register, whether as a professional, a client or a vendor.

Section 02Your content

You are solely responsible for what you upload or share on Pixelapp, including images, profiles, projects, product listings and offers.

• Do not post copyrighted, illegal, harmful or inappropriate material.
• Product listings must accurately describe what is being sold, including specification and price where stated.
• Pixelapp may remove content that breaches these terms.

Section 03Professional and vendor conduct

Everyone using Pixelapp must represent their skills, services and products truthfully. Misrepresentation, fraud or misleading information may lead to suspension or termination of an account.

Section 04Marketplace transactions

The marketplace introduces buyers to vendors. Pixelapp is not a party to any sale.

• Contracts for the supply of products are between the buyer and the vendor directly.
• Pixelapp is not responsible for product quality, delivery, payment, warranty or returns.
• We strongly recommend a written agreement and a clear specification before any order.

Section 05Platform use and liability

Pixelapp connects professionals, vendors and clients but does not guarantee the outcome of any project or transaction. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for payments, project outcomes, or disputes between users, and that written agreements are recommended for any engagement.

Section 06Content rights

By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive right to display, share and promote it within the App, always with attribution. You keep full ownership of your content.

Section 07Prohibited use

You agree not to use Pixelapp for:

• Spam, harassment or abusive behaviour.
• Illegal activities or any unauthorised purpose.
• Collecting or misusing another user's data without consent.
• Distributing malware or attempting to compromise Pixelapp systems.

Section 08Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without prior notice. You may also request deletion of your account at any time from within the App.

Section 09Changes and updates

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. Continuing to use Pixelapp after an update means you accept the revised terms.
